Brilliant- made more special by the staff!

Location and facilities. However the staff were outstanding- nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and welcoming!

The hotel was beautiful staff very thoughtful we came for our anniversary they put treats in room for us and a lovely ca

What I liked was the staff where very friendly and welcoming and it was very clean.

The only thing I would say it would need a new carpet on 3rd floor .

Nice hotel great price for an overnightght stay with breakfast.

Hotel is gorgeous, rooms are fab, pool is lovely, location is ok,

The cost of food and drinks in the bar is very expensive for what it served. We ate lunch there and it was so expensive that we went and got a takeaway for dinner. The glasses were dirty , 3 of the girls complained about this so that in itself would put me off eating there. The stay was fabulous, but the bar and restaurant are not for me. The brekafast was lovely.

I enjoyed my stay, I would stay again

I like the decor, modern and classy. Breakfast was lovely. I loved the outdoor jacuzzi in the leisure centre. Very cosy and comfortable hotel. Would recommend

Reception staff

The staff that was on reception the evening I checked in was wonderful. I was delayed (Checked in after 10:30pm) on coming to the hotel called and advised that I would not get their until late and they advised that my booking would not be cancelled.

A comfortable safe haven on a cold and rainy night for two newcomers to Ireland. Very cosy

It was easily accessible, central and we booked in overnight at a late time of day due to bad weather - the staff were very accommodating. Room service was so good and prompt.

A very small issue - there were not enough towels for two guests and it took them quite a long time to bring them to the room.

Best nights relaxing and chill night away with brunch of girls

Beds where so comfy didnt want to leave to get up for breakfast and check out, we had the morning booked for the spa and everything from start to finish was brillant

Comfortable stay but building did not live up to 4* rating

Bed was very comfy Breakfast exceptional Staff very helpful and friendly Leisure facilities good esp outdoor hot tub

Very good apart from the above

We loved the comfort and relaxing atmosphere in the lobby although I don't like the cold dull colour of your new arm chairs they should be a bit brighter colour to make homely looking ...

The lighting in the room. ALSO the kids so looked forward to the holloween disco but it was just unorganized kiosk...they couldn't get the music going to 8.25 until my son got it sorted. They played one game with the children which they loved. The presentation of the food was a disgrace. The bags of sweets were pulled open and lift there. Etc. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND this to anyone sorry

Loved the hotel food and all but boring at night no music.

I liked that it child friendly my grandchildren loved it the pool the children club was all AI.

I did not like that after the children cub that was it it was a bit boring sitting in the reception lobby. if there was a bit off music it would have been better a wee bit off music means a lot. We asked at the reception was there anything on like a bit off music and he said no just at weekend.There should be some during the week after all we paid a lot off money for the two days off Halloween.the kids enjoyed it but we would have enjoyed it better if there had been something for aldults.

Bar food and bar area..loved the bedroom too.

Took ages to get drinks at bar and wasn't that busy..if there was a function on I don't know how they would manage..service was very slow..

Stayed for a weddi g and everyone was perfect.

It was excellent, staff everyone was brilliant.

This was a booking for my mam for her birthday and she had an amazing time, thank you so much for the little extras they went a long way. I would so recommend this hotel she had an amazing experience.
